Third, you should not be afraid to change the Business Case Study if you find a better one. Change is okay if it helps you avoid your product from becoming a problem. So you should be willing to change the Business Case Study if the reasons that it exists no longer exist.
The Business Case Study should be created in such a way that it is easy to implement in your system. Then, you should be able to use the Business Case Study Analysis and use it as a motivator for changing something else. so you never have to rely on a Business Case Study analysis to show you why you should change a system, or product.
